As an independent social work and counselling service, we are all too aware of black and mixed heritage children who may be away from their home and lack appropriate hair and skin care products due to limited access locally. Care2Shine fills this gap by offering a practical and culturally competent hair and skin care toolkit tailored specifically for children and young people with melanated skin who do not have local access to products that promote their physical/heritage needs. Our mission is to ensure that every young individual has access to the right products, no matter their location. We want every child to be able to embrace their identity with confidence wherever they are!
